This prayer is in my church's home worship guide this week:
Lord,
bring new life where I am worn and tired;
new love where I have turned hard-hearted;
forgiveness where I feel hurt and
where I have wounded;
and the joy and freedom of your Holy Spirit
where I am a prisoner of myself.
